Norman is President of Michaels & Associates, Inc. and its affiliate, Tri-State Special Marketing, Corp. His businesses, founded in 1983 and 1984, specialize in providing employee benefit services and human resource information to companies varying in size from self employed individuals to large, national corporations located in New York and Connecticut.

Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Founded in 1927, MDRT is an international, independent association of over 29,000 of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals from 74 nations. Achieving membership in MDRT’s Top of the Table is distinguished career milestone, attained only by those who have demonstrated exceptional professional knowledge, client service and ethical conduct. Each year, approximately 1,000 MDRT members qualify for Top of the Table, representing 4 percent of the total MDRT membership.

A graduate of Franklin Marshall College, Norman is a father of five and lives with his wife, Heidi, and their family in Katonah. He serves as an Elder in the Bedford Presbyterian Church and the Commissioner of Girls’ Softball for Katonah – Bedford.
